Brandy Recipes

Brandy Smash recipe

4 mint leaves
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 part club soda
2 ½ parts brandy
half orange slice
1 maraschino cherry

In fine glass add mint leaves brown sugar and baking soda, mash slightly. Fill the glass with ice, add the brandy mix well, add half an orange slice and a maraschino cherry


1 ½ part 7 star brandy Pavlidis
½ part crème de cacao
2 parts of soybean milk
1 part espresso

In a cocktail shaker, add the soy milk, the crème de cacao and ice cubes, shake and serve in a small glass, add the espresso at the end.

Smyrna cookies with brandy

1600 g soft flour
650 g butter
440 g sugar
1 cup orange juice
3 vanillas
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 glass of wine brandy

Beat butter in a mixer with the sugar long enough to dissolve the sugar well and get a white color.  In a large bowl pour the mixture and add the orange juice In a glass mix baking soda with brandy and add to the mixture along with the baking powder.  Place and vanilla and begin to knead the flour throwing . The flour gets it all forever.  Plath cookies , not too large (they would swell)   Baked at 200 degrees 35-40 minutes.
